• All Sessions must be pre-booked via the phone 01305 777334;

 

Session1: 9.30am - 12pm

Session2: 12.30pm - 3pm

Session3: 3.30pm - 6pm

 

• Please state the date and session you would like to book, plus total number of people in the group and how many households they contain.​

​

• Everyone must use the hand sanitiser station at the entry gate.​

​

• Please make sure that all children are accompanied to the toilet to ensure proper hand washing has been carried out.

​

• We respectively ask you do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your booked session to avoid creating a queue outside the play centre. 

 

• Additional rules apply to customers to use the Café facilities, these are clearly marked in the Café.

• Should any member of your group develop symptoms of a illness, please cancel your booking by calling us, we will rearrange at another date.

Dietary Requirements

​

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a nut free environment in our kitchen, however, if you or your child / children have any special dietary requirements please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to assist.

There is an allergen guide in the café.

Upon booking a party package, let the team know in advance of the party date regarding any dietary requirements.

Disabled Access

​

The Fun Factory is predominately located at ground level (not Inc. Quaser Elite), with a disabled access toilet. However due to extra seating on the first floor, if any of your party require ground floor seating, please don't hesitate to call in advance and the team can reserve seating for you.

Rules of Play

​

The Fun Factory team make every consideration towards maintaining the safety of the play centre for everyone, however the Fun Factory cannot be held responsible for accidents which may occur as a result of children playing on the equipment. It is paramount that children are supervised by their respective parent / guardian at all times.  

​

• The age restriction for the Play Area is children 11 years and under (3 years and under for the toddler area).​

• All children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play areas.

• Please leave badges, jewellery or any other potentially sharp objects with parents/guardians.

• Please remove shoes before entering the play are, socks must be worn at all times.

• In case of any problems contact a member of staff.

• All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

• Please do not play in front of slide exits.

• Do not climb up the slides.

• Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play areas.

• Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

• It is prohibited to climb on the netted walls or the play frame structure.

• No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play areas.

• Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.  

• All children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
